Green Fingered

Well, I’ve been paying daily trips to my greenhouse for a couple of months now. A couple of things that I’ve planted have just shrivelled up and died (cucumbers, turnips) but generally most things are faring well. The warmer weather is making it a lot more pleasant to be outdoors, it’s been up to 40 degrees in the greenhouse on some days. My lettuce has come along very well and I’ve even had my first harvest from that. My chives also made their way to the dinner table, which is very encouraging. Spuds and gourds will soon be joining them, hopefully.
